Ansons Solicitors is delighted to have provided legal support to the acquiring management team in their management buy-out of digital marketing agency ExtraMile Communications Limited.
The Company is moving forward with a new ownership structure now that Managing Director Amanda Brooke and Sales Director James Roberts acquired a controlling stake in the business from its founders, Nick Evans and Gabrielle Hadley.
From its headquarters in Stone, Staffordshire, ExtraMile has been providing integrated web and digital marketing services for over 20 years, helping its multi-national client base improve their market visibility and penetration, having significant experience in the international marketing arena.
