Department: Employment Law and Dispute Resolution
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a litigation role preferred (However this is meant as a guide only and will not be an absolute prerequisite to the role.)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Location: Lichfield and/or Cannock Office – with requirement to work at any other office as and when required.
The successful candidate will work within the wider Employment Law and Dispute Resolution Department and will assist the existing Directors and solicitors with matters on their files.
Cases loads are diverse and the work may include work on, but not be limited to:
In addition you may be required to carry out work assisting with business development from time to time, or carrying out such other duties as may be assigned to you.
For the right candidate this role could, if you impress, lead to a Training Contract or offer of Training as a Legal Executive.
