Role:                                       Support staff – Administration

Department:                       Central Services

Preferred Experience:     Experience working in a law firm preferred but not essential. Experience working in a professional office environment required.

Salary:                                   Competitive

Hours:                                   Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.

Location:                              Lichfield Office

Description:

The successful candidate will work within the Lichfield office and will assist the day to day running of the firm’s Lichfield office.

Work may include:

  • Administrative duties, such as typing, filing, ordering various materials,
  • meeting clients,
  • assisting with banking and post
  • Working closely with the receptionist and office manager to keep the office running smoothly
  • Assisting various departments, directors and fee earners with their files.
